Practicing Pilates with Karen for the past 12 years has kept my 65-year old body free of chronic injury and pain. I enjoy being physically active and my Pilates’ sessions with Karen have ensured that I stay strong, more flexible and injury-free. Karen tailors my workouts to help me work through my weakness to become stronger, with the goal of moving towards performing each exercise in its purest intended form. Karen has studied the work for years and continues to grow as a teacher taking classes and workshops to expand upon her knowledge, which she enthusiastically imparts to her students. I love the new challenges she throws at me each week. I believe that Karen teaches Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended it to be taught – with discipline, thoughtfulness and precision.
