“In pursuit of a healthy, strong, flexible body, I have always been actively involved in traditional solutions: bike, rowing machine, walking, weights, ab work. But the concept of Pilates was not for me. I resisted, under the perception that Pilates was a nice stretch and flexibility class, primarily for women who wanted to improve their appearance. Real men don’t do Pilates. Was I wrong!
After three months of doing Pilates twice a week with Karen Ellis, I saw and felt significant changes that included: better posture, marked changes in flexablilty, improved balance, body awareness and core strength.
